Scottish Government must pass on Barnett Consequentials funding to Councils – Gordon Munro

Councillor Gordon Munro speaks out on the denial of COVID-19 emergency funding to Scottish Councils

This money is needed now. Holding on to this money and expecting Councils to use reserves reveals Holyrood’s contempt for Councils.

These funds are for Councils to use for their citizens in this crisis not for hoarding.
