86 local Labour Party members met on 4 August to consider whether to make a supporting nomination in the Labour Leadership contest. Following a debate characterised by passionate but friendly contributions, the result was as follows:

The result is not binding on our 540 eligible members who will vote for the candidate of their choice when the formal ballot begins w/b 22 August.
